Frequently Asked Questions
Simple answers about what Rulyx does, what it does not do, and how to use it responsibly.
Is Rulyx a trading bot?
No. Rulyx does not trade automatically and does not place orders for you. It helps you set rules, check trades and review your discipline.
Does Rulyx provide trading signals?
No. Rulyx does not tell you what to buy or sell. It checks whether a trade respects your own Trading System.
Can Rulyx guarantee profits?
No. Rulyx does not guarantee gains, win rate or future performance. Trading involves a risk of capital loss.
What is the trade checker for?
The trade checker helps you review risk, reward/risk, exposure, setup and personal rules before saving a trade.
Are my data saved?
Rulyx uses Supabase for cloud account and trading data when configured, with local fallback where needed. Payments are handled by Stripe.
What is the difference between Rulyx and Pro?
Rulyx helps you get started. Pro adds deeper analysis, tracking, reports, calendar review, coaching and unlimited journaling.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe when available. If a subscription is canceled or becomes inactive, Pro features are removed according to the latest billing status.
How does Rulyx help me follow my own system?
Your Trading System is the source of truth. Rulyx uses it to check whether each trade respects your rules, then helps you review discipline, risk and execution without predicting the market.
What data should I use for testing?
Prefer fictitious trades or already closed trades when testing. This helps you explore the trade checker, Journal, Stats, Calendar and Coach without using live trading decisions.
Can I create an account without a Pro subscription?
Yes. You can create an account and use Rulyx. Pro features are presented separately when available.
